Introduction

Westag Hungária Kft. was established in 2000 as a member of the ROLLA Group with the aim of adding interior wooden doors to the range of doors distributed by the Group.

Westag AG is one of Europe’s most prominent manufacturers of high-quality wood-based products for interior finishing and building construction. Located in Rheda-Wiedenbrück and Wadersloh. At these sites, they manufacture a broad range of products — from doors, frames, kitchen worktops and window sills, to panels with high-pressure laminates, solid surface materials and coated plywood panels.

In production, they attach great importance to a responsible attitude towards the environment and to sustainable management. Thanks to optimised production processes, the consumption of raw materials and energy has been reduced, thus reducing the negative impact on the environment.

The main activity of Westag Hungária Kft. was the introduction and distribution of interior wooden doors in the Westag AG portfolio on the Hungarian market. Over the past 25 years, our company has successfully made Westag doors widely known and distributed  them in Hungary.

In 2025, the owner of Westag Hungária Kft. decided to end its active trading activities and transfer its market position to Novoferm Hungária Kft.

Under the agreement between the companies, the change will take effect on 01.03.2025.

From that date, Westag Hungária Kft. will cease to engage in any further trading activities after the closure of its open contracts.

Westag products will continue to be available on the Hungarian market through Westag AG's partner in Hungary.
